About
UNP is a specialist consultancy focused on delivering Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) solutions that work for wildlife, landowners and developers.
We bring together expertise in rural land management, ecological design, and urban greening to create measurable biodiversity uplift across Lancashire and the north of England.
We’re a small, agile team with a wide network. Acting as a hub, we connect landowners, ecologists, planners, and developers to deliver habitat creation projects that meet regulatory requirements and generate long-term financial returns.
Our work goes beyond feasibility reports. We design and manage real-world ecological interventions. From species-rich grasslands to wetland mosaics, that are monitored, maintained, and built to thrive over 30 years.
Whether you’re a landowner looking to unlock new value from your land, or a developer seeking compliant BNG credits, we’re here to help you rebalance the environmental equation.
